Psalms 91:4-7; Philippians 4:7

Elections are around the corner in Zimbabwe. Emails are also flying through cyberspace as people all over the world express support through prayer for us and our nation. Words cannot express our gratitude for your care and concern. In times like these the best and the worst are brought out in people: either the peace, confidence, and strength which come from faith, or the fear and panic which overwhelms the souls of worldly men.

Peace that passes all understanding is the inheritance and fruit of faith in Jesus and prayer to God our Father. And we shall not be afraid of the terrors by night, which are flying.

As the Last Days draw toward their climax the Lord warned that "men's hearts (will be) failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken"; [Luke 21:26]. These are perilous times which will test where we really stand with the Lord. Are you at peace? If not, it's time to pray for a refilling with His Holy Spirit...who alone can give the peace that passes all understanding.

Brothers & Sisters, we must draw near to Him as the elections looms closer! We all need to be keeping our lamps filled and trimmed, no matter where we are. His peace will be with us and will be a testimony, even in the terror that flies by night -- for we shall not fear, our God is with us!

TERROR BY NIGHT SHALL NOT BRING FEAR!
