Anytime is a good time to be in the water, especially on the
Clinch: Virginia's Hidden River! Cleveland is home to a newly constructed, Virginia DGIF funded boat launch facility. We hope you find time to enjoy our picnic shelter, fitness trail, renovated public restrooms, playground equipment, and educational kiosk during your visit. 

 

While your enjoy the water, please keep in mind the follow simple house-keeping items: This launch is open to the public for any user wishing to utilize a hand-launched vessel (tube, kayak, canoe, standup paddle board, etc.). Trailer access into the water is not permitted due to shallow water and sensitive mussel populations. Swim and play in the river at your own risk. Both the park and boat launch are open from dawn to dusk, located at Cleveland Ball-field and Recreational Center.
