It washes.
Only had it for a few days but so far it's a washer. The snow dirt/mud stains on my couch cushion covers are still there. I washed a duvet and some socks and the sock got pushed into the massive gasket gap (see photo). Regular clothes come out clean and so far nothing has glitched, leaked, or errored out, so it's fine. Just not blown away by the ~eLeCtRoLuX~ experience so far. Disclaimer, it's my first front loader so maybe socks get stuck in all of them.

Installation Disaster
I ordered the washer and dryer because I wanted to stack them. The delivery driver told me they could not be stacked because there was not enough room behind the machine. There is 8 inches of clearance. This is 2 inches more than the 6 inch industry standard. I had them install them next to each other. Next, they said they could not replace the cold water hose. The delivery team stated they could not remove the hose because the pipe was corroded. They tried but could not twist it off with a pair of pliers. They told me to call a plumber to fix the pipe. When they left, all the packaging material was left on the machines, scratching the washing machine. I was so irritated that I finished the installation myself. I replaced the cold water hose by hand after unscrewing it. I redid the dryer exhaust hose that they taped to the wall. When I called Best Buy, they told me the driver was authorized to make the decisions without an escalation process. They would send someone else out, but I should expect the same outcome. They referred me to their insurance company to file a claim for the damaged wall and scratched floors caused by the delivery team. I was also told that there was no one I could talk to about my situation. Poor customer service and inadequate response. After 25 years as a loyal Best Buy customer, spending over $40,000, I will not be using them again

All Washed Out!
So far, I have only one issue with this washer & that is small items, like socks, get caught between the rubber molding and the door. Outside of that, the washer is quiet, has lots of options and looks absolutely stunning!!
