      I recently found myself in need of some new gear so I decided to stop by Jos A Bank to look around.

      I was greeted right away by the salesperson who introduced themselves and asked if I needed any assistance. It was so disarming because unlike some other places, I felt free to roam around unmolested by everyone trying to sell me something.

      I really like that on the rare occasion when I encounter it. Well done! They were there if I had questions but they let me take my time to look around, what a refreshing experience.

      I came in on a Monday morning to see what they have to offer for boys youth sizes. I came in with a picture of a dark blue jacket, khaki pants and an ivory long sleeved shirt.
      I was welcomed as I came through the door and the gentleman was nice enough to answer my questions. He was able to get sized. I ended up ordering a jacket here. $99 for a youth size jacket. I paid and scheduled it to be delivered to the store and will be contacted when it comes in.
      Customer service was good. They had a lot of inventory.
      Prices are on the upper end I thought.

      It has been 10 years since I bought a suit. I came in and told them I had a special event coming up in less than a week and needed an outfit for the event. Robin was super nice and set me up with a suit that almost seemed like it was just waiting for me to show up. She not only got it right the first time but she was able to get the suit tailored for me in less than 48hrs. I have never been so excited about buying a suit and the price was extremely reasonable for the whole setup (3 piece suit with shoes and tie)

      Let me PRAISE Robin for a moment: she came out introduced herself and asked our names. She immediately made our experience personal and I enjoyed every moment of it. She has been working for the company for 9 years, has a great attitude, is super friendly, professional, and attentive

      I will definitely be stocking up on suits and wearing them more often. I'Ll BE BACK

      NO STARS! My son and his friend came in yesterday for fittings for prom and to see what they had. Firstly, they acted as if it an inconvenience they were even there, second... they didn't give tell the boys their measurements or anything. My son asked was it too late to order a suit to his likings and was told "we don't do that here" then just walked off leaving my son and his friend there looking lost. I am so disappointed I was at work because I would have liked to ask what the issue was. I'm not one to pull the race card but my son is bi- racial and his friend is Hispanic. Is this why y'all sucked so much? Did y'all think they didn't deserve decent customer service because of their skin color ?!?! DISGUSTING!!! It was a male and the other was an older white woman. Thanks for making my son and his friend feel like they weren't important and like their money wasn't good enough!

      I made an appointment for a suit fitting/consultation for my wedding a few weeks ago. When we arrived I was greeted by an older gentleman. I told him I had an 11AM appt and it was about 10.45. He said "you're a little early but I guess I can help you out". I am sure he was joking but he didn't seem like he was. Throughout my whole experience he never introduced to me his name/specialty in the business so there was no real introduction or pleasantries of any sort.

      I told him I was either looking to buy and or rent and I wasn't sure if I wanted a tuxedo or a suit. I also informed him of the the color I was looking for and fit. He told me to browse the entire store for their selection and if I saw something I like to let him know... I was very turned off by this. He should have walked with me instead of me aimlessly walking around looking for the right color. I am sure once he showed me a few colors and based on my responses he could figure out which color scheme/style I was looking for.

      He let me try on a couple of the suit jackets to see what would look nice on me and what didn't. When trying them on I had to ask what size the jackets were and what the fit was like instead of the other way around. He just didn't provide much information or gave me the service that I was looking for. I also had to ask about any special deals and or sales they had going on. I felt like I was initiating everything when it was his job to do so.

      The suit selection here is very minimal.. I was looking for a particular type of Navy Blue and they had mostly darker shades of navy and nothing else. Overall it wasn't a good experience for me and I had definitely experienced better elsewhere.

      Quick and professional service. Made a great recommendation for alterations that I needed quickly. The complaints that I read were not apparent when I visited - staff was friendly, quick to help, and quick to complete the sale. I know what I want, so I go in and get what I need and leave - but from what I saw in buying 4 suits in about 25 minutes - they made it happen and got me to a tailor for alternations that happed same days as well.

      I can't say enough good things about Sandra! She is so helpful and kind. She stayed after her hours to assist one of our groomsmen get fitted. You can tell she truly loves her job and goes the extra mile with every client. Thank you Sandra for helping making our special day one step easier.

      They should have a waiting for assistance bench or something...if we're standing for 30 mins and still no one available to assist us. Maybe they're just super understaffed? "Just a few minutes" sure does last a while. At least we got an acknowledgement.
      Went here with my husband in the evening a little after 6pm. Wasn't very busy, about 4 potential customers including us. Granted, a couple that arrived after us was assisted as we were still waiting. The prices they had listed were fine, so if you already know what you want and don't need any interaction during your shopping then this place may be fine. We decided to leave at the 30 min mark. Hope other people have a better experience.
