Go to anyone else !! I wasted three days with these disorganized unprofessional jokers. Didn't show up, no courtesy call to tell me why, then they say our inspector works his own hours and does his own schedule ! WTH ??
No show, never called me to explain.
Never again !!

Amazing customer service. Saved me a few hundred dollars and a lot of time hassling with the city so I can close on a property. I definitely will use them

Now this is how this is done! Patient, reliable, knowledgeable and reasonably priced! From now on will only use them!

We had waited a ling time yo pump our septic tank. Several neighbors had AAmerican and were satisfied. We had an appointment within several days of our request. Prior to the visit, I provided pictures. Very professional. Would definitely recommend.

They are extremely rude lied on a septic tank report and did not finish the work do not use this company

I had used A American before to pump out a septic tank, so when it was time to do it again, many years later, I called A American again. They were prompt, reliable and Jonny did an excellent job at a very reasonable rate. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them next time!

We had a scenario with the septic backing up. Obviously, that's not a "We can get you on the books in two weeks" type of incident. I searched Yelp and called American (I figured anyone that uses a poop emoji for their business, must have a sense of humor, at least).

The woman who answered the phone was very polite and friendly. She said 'Wally' is the expert and asked him a few questions. Took down my information and said he would call back within a couple of hours to tell me when they could come out. When no one called back by 5pm I emailed them just to make sure they had the right information. Nothing.

24-hours later, still no call from 'Wally' or anyone else. Maybe the poop emoji was a sign they don't take their business seriously? I've lost a day addressing a serious problem and now we're headed into the weekend.

I needed my septic pumped they gave me the same day appt. The two guys that came out today 3/16/23 sorry did not get there names were amazing so professional very helpful even help with the clogg and gave me information about it. They both went way and beyond. I live o Joy lane so maybe give them a big thank you

Worst decision I made in my life was hiring this company. They first over bid the job and over charged. My accountant caught the discrepancy on the books, upon discovering this I brought it to All American staff. They at first honored the "mess up". They said they would make it right but their accountant lady wasn't in until next week so I would have to call back next week when she was in the office. That seemed to be a run around tactic because two months later I still haven't heard back from them and Everytime I called they would either hang up on me or tell me their accountant lady wasn't in the office. I ended up having to get the BBB involved and talk to my attorney which solved the matter. Never the less they lost my business and I tried multiple times to get them to do the right thing. On top of all this headache and hassle they didn't even drain my septic fully they left more than half the septic full of waste and they were paid for a full drain and cleansing of the system. Plus their employees were caught drinking on the job by the tenants and were rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend using their servicees to my worst enemy. They also said at one point they weren't responsible for the over payment and it's the way they do bids so they don't owe me anything. Worst septic experience I have ever had and I deal with lots of septic companies being I have lots of properties in many states.

We have been using this company for the past couple years to service the septic tank. This review is based on the most recent appointment.

There was a sewage backup on all the toilets/shower/tubs at our house on a Monday night. We called the next day and Walley was able to fit us into the schedule on the same day. Mike was the technician who came to rescue- he was knowledgeable, professional and had a sense of humor. He was efficient and kept everything neat after opening the septic tank and cleaning the filter. Luckily, our nightmare stopped within 24 hours!

We will continue working with this company.
