Where can I find polycount statistics in Blender 2.9? In Blender 2.8 it was in the right bottom corner, but I can’t find it in Blender 2.9, only build version info and memory info.

They have been moved into their own Viewport Overlay. You can toggle them on in the Viewport Overlay menu in the top right corner of the viewport (Bottom right for you, according to your screenshot).
