We got this purifier for our Living Room area and we've noticed it has cut down on the dust and pet fur significantly. We run it 24/7 and it does seem to make the air in the house clean. The filter seems to be top notch. However, we don't feel it cuts down on certain cooking smells (shrimp, fish, bacon) as we are cooking those items - wish it had a sensor to kick it on higher when it detected those smells. Also of note is the fan at speeds 1 and 2 are barely noticeable. Speed 3 is what we keep it on the majority of the time, but speed 4 is extremely loud and it was hard to carry on a discussion with it on the highest speed. Speed 4 also stressed our cat out if we ran it for too long, he paced and meowed non-stop which is not like him. We have been running our portable humidifier since it is the winter and it seems the air purifier "competes" with that so we've had to play with the humidifier to adjust it so it's the right level. (What tipped us off to this is our throats and noses were unusually dry, but no longer an issue once the humidity was adjusted) Customer service is also excellent and the agent who helped us decide the best units to get was very thorough and even looked at pictures of our place we sent him to help us decide which units to get. Overall we are pleased with this and are even happier that we got the Black Friday deal!

I purchased the MA-50 in July 2021 for $334.48 (it wasn't discoubted back then), because I already owned an MA-40 which I relly like! Unfortunately, the MA-50 died by mid-summer of 2024, though it was not running continuously, because I used it in my music studio, so it only run when I was teaching. Unfortunately, I bought it via Amazon and for some unknown reason I forgot to purchase additional warranty for the device.
I really love the Medify Products, my MA-40 which I purchased much earlier than the MA-50 still runs like charm!
I have subscription for filters with Medify Air (I just canceled the one for the dead MA-50, because the new filter supposed to be shipped next week).
I always had and have a spare filter at hand, so when the unit warns me to change the filter I can immediately do so.
As I read Medify Air's descriptions under each product, the units qualify for a lifetime warfanty if the filters are changed in a timely manner. I am willing to change my review to 5-star if they truly honor this statement of theirs.

This was a replacement of an earlier version of the MA-50 that quit working, unfortunately. I rely daily on my Medify’s for my health and they do not disappoint, nor does the customer service I received in order to activate the stellar lifetime warranty. From walking through trouble shooting to asking questions about the new version of the MA-50 to be sent and providing details of the replacement unit, the support and resolution I received was quick, courteous and skillful. From the day the old unit stopped working to the day I received the lifetime warranty replacement unit was roughly five business days. I cannot say enough good things about this company, its products, and the team of people it employs. I will always fly the MedifyAir flag proudly.
