After using the ResMed Airsense 10 for just one week, I can already say that it has had a huge impact on my life. The device is incredibly user-friendly, making it so easy to set up and use right out of the box. The clear display and intuitive controls mean I don’t have to struggle to adjust settings, and the automated features make it feel like the machine is truly working with me. In just this short time, I’m already feeling more rested and energized. It’s amazing how much difference one week can make when using a product that’s this well-designed!

This is an incredible device. It is my first cpap. When it is working, it does all that is advertised. I'm getting real sleep for the first time in years. My one complaint is it is hard to find the right settings for me, as the auto climate is not what I want. It is a tad inconsistent, particularly with humidity. I often wake up with water in the tube even at lower humidity settings. Still, an amazing machine.

Struggled with sleep apnea for a while, recently tested.. the results would shock you! I slept only 4.5 hrs during my test where I had 388 events of no breathing, o2 levels down to 51% and during my events my heart rate would spike up to a little over 140. May not have been the same every night but I slept like this for the last few years. Friends and family concerned beyond as they witnessed my sleeping.
Thanks to lofta for having affordable at home testing, and partnering with affirm I was able to afford what I REALLY needed! My AirSense 10 has given me great sleep for the last week as I haven't felt this rested in years, my mood is better, I have energy to get other things taken care of, and I'm no longer falling asleep standing up at my job or while I'm driving, that was scary enough!

I've been using the AirSense 10 Autoset for a couple of months now, and overall, it performs well. The humidifier and heated tubing are excellent features, making my nights much more comfortable. However, I did find the initial setup somewhat complicated. Once I figured out how to adjust the settings, it has been smooth sailing. I would recommend it for anyone looking for an effective CPAP solution!
