I cannot leave my house without the battery. I’ve called three times yesterday and was told that they would escalate it. I spent $3000 of my own money I need that battery otherwise I can’t live my life the way I want to I’m stuck to the house. Please address this immediately thank you

This is almost the perfect machine to carry except for one thing. It will not hold it's charge once you take it off the charger and not in use. It will discharge just sitting and turned off.

Lightweigth for carry! very low noise. Very east maintence.

I just want to express my thanks to Matthew who provided amazing customer service when we suddenly needed another battery for my mother’s portable O2 concentrator while on vacation (after two would no longer charge!)
No one, not the many local respiratory suppliers, not the chain she purchased it from, not the big name mail order companies would help us get the new battery to our vacation residence, double check the address, stay in communication with us and overnight ship it!
