I am frequently exposed to germs in my occupation and bought this to help protect my family from possible viral transmission. I was surprised to find out how it cut down on odors from cooking etc. UV-c oxidizes VOCs that cause odors. Double bonus. I think that the Honeywell line is well designed, easy installation, and maintenance. I would highly recommend this product. I self installed this without problem. Good delivery from Supply House.

It is a great product and helps diminish my wife's problem with allergies. The original unit I purchased in 2017 stopped working in April of this year and Supply House was in the process of replacing the unit under warranty. Unfortunately due to the pandemic the unit was back ordered for an extended time period. We finally received our new unit a couple weeks ago and can already tell the difference.

We failed to perform routine maintenance in accordance with the instructions. We will NOT be making that mistake, again. We see a marked improvement when this treatment system is working.

Installation went great. We have one question? Would it be more effective to install the UV Light in the supply ducting rather then the return? Our overall goal is reduce Powdery Mildew in our indoor garden... Let us know.
