Led by the superstar tandem of Kobe Bryant and Pau Gasol, the Los Angeles Lakers finished the 2010 NBA season with a 57-25 record and earned the top seed in the Western Conference. 

In the playoffs, the Lakers dispatched the Oklahoma City Thunder, Utah Jazz, Phoenix Suns, and Boston Celtics to capture the franchise’s 16th NBA championship.

The Lakers are tied with the Boston Celtics for the most championships by a franchise in NBA history with 17.
